A suggested donation of $5.00 per ticket or 5 tickets for $20.00 is recommended but not required.  All proceeds from this raffle will be used to help support Cops for Christmas.

Winner will received a voucher to enjoy accommodations at Browns Creeksong House in Maggie Valley/Waynesville, NC for a 1 week stay.  Voucher will be valid 1 year from event date which is 12/21/2020.  Booking dates exclude holidays.  Winner will be responsible for any deposits, taxes, or fees required to reserve and book their stay.  Bookings are managed by X and Ladies327 does not make any promises, expressed or implied about the services rendered by the voucher.  Winner will need to make own travel arrangements as travel/airfare is NOT included in the prize.

This raffle is conducted according to the rules of the state of Florida in accordance with 2011 FL statute XLVI 849.0935.

• Participants are not required to purchase an entry or contribute money to win a prize.  A donation of $5 (for 1 ticket) and/or $20 (for 5 tickets) is suggested, but not required, for entry. 
• Tickets will be placed into a box and blindly drawn at random.
• Entrants will receive their ticket numbers via email prior to the event. 
• If a ticket is drawn and the winner does not claim the prize within 48 hours, another ticket will be drawn.
• Drawing will be broadcast live on the Ladies 327 Group Facebook Page at 12:00pm EST on Dec 21, 2020. Winners are NOT required to watch the drawing as it occurs. 
• Winners will be contacted by email and/or phone call after event ends. Winners will have 48 hours to respond and make arrangements to obtain the voucher. After 48 hours, winner forfeits the prize and another ticket will be drawn.
• All proceeds collected are for the Ladies 327 Supper Club, Inc. located at 307 E 2nd St. Sanford, FL 32771 a registered 501 (c)(3) organization. Florida Registration # CH54319 All prize packages have been donated to the Ladies 327 Supper Club by members and sponsors in accordance with the charity’s bylaws.
